Shane’s experience spans every side of the real estate industry—from construction and electrical systems to large-scale development and brokerage. Having been directly involved in hundreds of residential building projects and major development work, he understands how homes are designed, built, and maintained. His development experience has included projects involving nationally recognized builders such as K. Hovnanian Homes, D.R. Horton, and Wade Jurney Homes, giving him firsthand knowledge of modern building practices as well as common construction issues that may arise.

This depth of experience allows Inspect2Close to evaluate a property not just from the standpoint of a checklist inspection, but from the perspective of someone who has built homes, supervised construction, and represented buyers and sellers in major transactions.
